摘　　要：“十四五”开局的新起点上,乡村振兴是国家脱贫攻坚后又一重大战略工程,乡村振兴是脱贫攻坚的巩固和深化,如何实现乡村旅游从带动脱贫转向助推乡村振兴是当前亟需探讨的理论和实践问题。通过科学引导,发展乡村旅游经济,以促进当地农业高质高效、乡村宜居宜业、农民富裕富足。通过分析和阐述乡村旅游扶贫背景下当地农民收益和乡村经济发展之间存在的内在结构矛盾,探讨乡村旅游促进贫困农民就业所产生的良性作用,总结乡村旅游扶贫可持续发展的五大创新机制,为促进贫困农民就业、推进乡村旅游发展提供行之有效的对策。At the new starting point of the 14th five year plan,rural revitalization is another major strategic project after the national poverty alleviation.Rural revitalization is the consolidation and deepening of poverty alleviation.How to shiftthe focus of rural tourism from prompting poverty alleviation to boosting rural revitalization is an urgent problem both theoretically and practically to be discussed at present.We need to develop rural tourism economy,promote high-quality and efficient local agriculture,rural livability and industry,and farmers'prosperity through scientific guidance.By analyzing and expounding the internal structural contradiction between local farmers'income and rural economic development under the background of the rural tourism-oriented poverty alleviation,this paper discusses the benign role of rural tourism in promoting the employment of poor farmers,and summarizes five innovative mechanisms for the sustainable development of rural poverty alleviation through tourism,so as to provide effective countermeasures for promoting the employment of poor farmers and the development of rural tourism.
