摘 要:针对声学释放器释放机构可靠度低的问题,设计了一种二级杠杆式声学释放器释放机构,建立了其力学模型。采用一次二阶矩方法计算释放机构的可靠度,通过ADAMS软件仿真模拟了释放机构的释放动作,并进行了陆地负载释放实验。研究结果表明:仿真模拟释放过程中,释放钩与二级杆发生两次明显碰撞,负载顺利释放,释放机构整体可靠度计算值为99.9498%;10次样机释放机构陆地负载释放实验,负载均顺利释放,且释放机构未发生明显形变现象。该释放机构可靠性较高。This paper aims to address the lower reliability of the release mechanism of the acoustic releaser.The solution is achieved by designing a two lever type release mechanism and developing its mechanical model;calculating the reliability of the release mechanism by the first-order-second-moment method;simulating the release action of the release mechanism by ADAMS software;and performing the land load release experiment.The results show that the simulated release process sees two obvious collisions between the release hook and the secondary rod,enabling the smooth load release,with calculated value of the overall reliability of the release mechanism of 99.9498%;and,as shown by all 10 land load release experiments of the prototype release mechanism,there are the smooth loads releases without any obvious deformation of the release mechanism,demonstrating a higher reliability of the release mechanism.
