摘 要:单相接地故障处理是一个系统工程,为了及时发现缺陷,提出开展现场系统测试。介绍了移动式单相接地现场测试装备的组成和一种可控弧光发生器的基本原理,详细论述了现场系统测试的方法和针对零序电压、零序电流、消弧线圈系统和单相接地选线保护装置的缺陷诊断方法。结合一个典型测试案例进行了说明,论述了在西安市三环以内开展现场系统测试的应用成效,结果表明开展现场系统测试是提升变电站单相接地故障处理性能的有效手段。Single-phase grounding fault handling in substations is a systematic project.In order to find defects in time,this paper proposed carrying out field systematic tests.The composition of the mobile single-phase grounding field test equipment and the basic principle of a controllable arc generator were introduced,the field systematic test methods were discussed in detail,and the defect diagnosis methods for zero-sequence voltage,zero-sequence current,arc suppression coil system and single-phase grounding protection devices were discussed in detail.The defect diagnosis method was explained in detail in combination with test cases,and the application effect of field systematic tests within the third ring of Xi’an was discussed.The results showed that the field systematic test was an effective mean to improve performance of single-phase grounding fault handling of substations.
