网络写作社区的构建、跨国拓展与贡献——基于美国全国小说写作月的分析

摘　　要：全国小说写作月肇始于美国,由克里斯·巴蒂1999年发起,后逐步演变为国际性写作活动。回顾全国小说写作月的创设初衷、举办过程和20多年的发展轨迹,不难看出该活动对"网络写作社区"构建的重要贡献。每年11月份的全国小说写作月的规则极为简单:在一个月内写5万个字,人人皆可参与;以完成字数为目标,不关注小说的质量。除了这一主体活动外,还逐渐开发出了夏令营、青年作家项目、"进来写作"、"现在怎么办?"月等亚活动类型,这扩大了活动周期覆盖面,提高了群体参与度。全国小说写作月是一场"文学马拉松",它创造了一套专有词汇和话语体系,构建了新型的写作文化生态圈;触发了写作的"多米诺骨牌"效应,在全球范围内掀起了一场"na"风暴;促使一部分人走上了创作的道路,部分作品口碑良好甚至获得重要奖项。全国小说写作月的实践及其效果,在激发中国全民写作潜能方面不无启发。本研究倡导并呼吁中国全民写作月的到来。The National Novel Writing Month(NaNoWriMo)initiated in the US in 1999 by Chris Batty and then has evolved into an international writing activity. Reviewing the original aim, organizing process and development traces of NaNoWriMo over the past 20 years, it is evident that NaNoWriMo has made important contribution to the construction of"online writing community". The rules of NaNoWriMo, in November, are simple: Write 50,000 words in a month,open to anyone;The goal is to complete the required word number without requirements on the quality of the novel.In addition to this main activity, there have been Camp NaNoWriMo, the Young Writers Program,"Come Write In","Now What?"Months and other sub-activity types, which expand the coverage of time, improve the participation of the activity. NaNoWriMo creates a set of special vocabulary and discourse system, and constructs the cultural ecosystem of writing. It triggered the writing dominoes, setting off a storm of"NA"around the world. It encouraged some people to embark on the road of writing, and some of their works won reputation and important awards. [The practice and effect of the NaNoWriMo is enlightening to meet the writing needs of the whole people in China.] This study advocates the establishment of National Writing Month in China.
