耳门、听宫、听会穴治疗耳鸣病症的古代文献研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对古代文献中耳门、听宫、听会穴主治病症进行内容检索,明确其治疗耳鸣的作用,以期为后续研究提供依据及奠定文献支持的基础。方法:以耳门、听宫、听会为检索词,对《中华医典·针灸推拿灸》进行检索,整理出耳门、听宫、听会穴主治病症的文献条文,对符合文献纳入标准的条文建立数据库并运用Microsoft excel软件进行统计学分析。结果:经检索,耳门、听宫、听会穴治疗耳鸣病症的文献条文108条,其中耳门穴46条,听宫穴24条,听会穴38条,三穴单穴主治耳鸣病症的文献条目为63条,配穴为49条,涉及古籍24本。结论:耳门、听宫、听会穴有明确的治疗耳鸣的作用;在治疗耳鸣处方选择上,单穴处方多于配穴;治疗方法主要有针刺、艾灸或针刺结合艾灸。Objective Through the content retrieval of ancient literature of Ermen(SJ21),Tinggong(SI19),Tinghui(GB2)indications,To clarify the effect of tinnitus treatment,In order to provide the basis for follow-up research and lay the foundation for literature support.Methods Retrieval of Chinese Medical Classics,Acupuncture and Moxibustion with Ermen(SJ21),Tinggong(SI19),Tinghui(GB2)as key words.Incorporate the corresponding literature according to the literature inclusion criteria and establish a database,Then use Microsoft Excel software for statistical analysis.Results After searching,there are 108 articles about the treatment of tinnitus by Ermen(SJ21),Tinggong(SI19),Tinghui(GB2)points,which were Ermen(SJ21)46,Tinggong(SI19)24,Tinghui(GB2)38,There are 63 articles on single point for treating tinnitus and 49 points on matching points,involving a total of 24 books.Conclusion Ermen(SJ21),Tinggong(SI19),Tinghui(GB2)points have a definite role in treating tinnitus;in the selection of tinnitus prescriptions,single-point prescriptions are more than matching points;The treatment methods include acupuncture,moxibustion,and acupuncture combined with moxibustion.
