活络止痛巴布贴的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:筛选活络止痛巴布贴的处方和制备方法。方法:通过持黏力、皮肤刺激性、感官等指标评价,筛选最佳的处方和制备方法。结果:优选出活络止痛巴布贴的最佳处方为中药浸膏10 g、乙醇适量、甘油40 g、三乙醇胺4 g、羧甲基纤维素钠2 g、酒石酸0.2 g、丙二醇10 g、NP-7005.5 g、西黄芪胶1 g、甘羟铝0.2 g、高岭土1 g、冰片0.5 g、樟脑0.5 g、卡波姆1.5 g、中药挥发油0.3 g、纯化水50 g。结论:该工艺黏着力适中、皮肤无残留、成型性较好、方法简便,可用于活络止痛巴布贴的制备。Objective To screen the prescription and preparation method of Huoluo Zhitong Cataplasm.Methods Screening the best prescription and preparation method through evaluation of indicators such as stickiness,skin irritation,sensory and other indicators.Results The optimal prescription ratio of Huoluo Zhitong Cataplasm was selected as:traditional Chinese medicine extract 10 g,suitable amount of ethanol,glycerin 40 g,triethanolamine 4 g,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 2 g,tartaric acid 0.2 g,propylene glycol 10 g,NP-7005.5 g,tragacanth gum 1 g,glucalox 0.2 g,Kaolin 1 g,Borneol 0.5 g,Camphor 0.5 g,carbomer 1.5 g,Chinese medicine volatile oil 0.3 g,purified water 50 g.Conclusion The process has moderate adhesion,no skin residue,good formability,and simple method,it can be used for the preparation of Huoluo Zhitong Cataplasm.
