摘 要:目的:借助微波辅助提取技术,探究恒山黄芪多糖提取的最优工艺条件。方法:以恒山黄芪饮片为材料,首先采用单因素试验考察液固比(因素A)、提取次数(因素B)、微波时间(因素C)和微波功率(因素D)对黄芪多糖产率的影响,通过正交试验优选黄芪多糖的微波辅助最佳提取工艺。结果:黄芪多糖微波辅助提取的最优条件组合为A 2B 2C 2D 3,即因素A设置为20∶1,因素B设置为3次、因素C设置为10 min和因素D设置为450 W,并对此提取条件验证3次,多糖产率分别为7.96%、7.84%和8.12%,平均产率为7.97%,RSD为1.76%。结论:该微波辅助提取工艺可操作性强、设备要求低且提取效率较高,为晋产道地药材恒山黄芪的进一步开发提供了理论参考。Objective To explore the optimal extraction conditions of Hengshan Astragalus polysaccharides by microwave-assisted extraction technology.Methods Taking Hengshan Astragalus as experimental materials,the effects of liquid-solid ratio(factor A),extraction times(factor B),microwave time(factor C)and microwave power(factor D)on the yield of Astragalus polysaccharides were investigated by single factor test,and the microwave-assisted extraction process of Astragalus polysaccharides was determined by orthogonal test.Results The optimal conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of Astragalus polysaccharides were A 2B 2C 2D 3 with factor A set at 20∶1,factor B set at 3 times,factor C set at 10 min and factor D set at 450 W.The extraction conditions were verified for 3 times with the yield of Astragalus polysaccharides was 7.96%,7.84%and 8.12%,the average yield was 7.97%,and RSD was 1.76%.Conclusion The microwave-assisted extraction process has strong operability,low equipment requirements and high extraction efficiency,which provides a theoretical reference for the further development of Hengshan Astragalus.
