红姜外洗配合理筋手法治疗足跖腱膜炎38例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:红姜外洗配合理筋手法治疗足跖腱膜炎的临床疗效。方法:自2018年6月至2020年6月期间,在海丰县中医医院门诊治疗的76例足跖腱膜炎的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字分配法,将患者分配为观察组及对照组各38例。对照组则只单纯采用理筋手法加吲哚美辛巴布膏外用干预;观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用红姜外洗干预,两组均治疗4周为1个疗程;对比治疗前后两组VAS疼痛评分、疗效评价及复发率。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),治疗后与对照组比较,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组总有效率比较,观察组中痊愈15例(39.47%),显效11例(28.95%),好转10例(26.32%),无效2例(5.26%),总有效率94.74%;对照组中痊愈11例(28.95%),显效例12(31.58%),好转12例(31.58%),无效3例(7.89%),总有效率81.58%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。76例治疗有效患者,在疗程结束后第6个月行电话随访,观察组中复发率11.11%(4/36)小于对照组中复发25.71%(9/35),两组复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红姜外洗配合理筋手法治疗及吲哚美辛巴布膏治疗足跖腱膜炎的能更好改善疼痛情况、减轻复发率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of red ginger external washing combined with tendon manipulation in the treatment of plantar aponeurosis.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,76 patients with plantar aponeurosis treated in the outpatient department of Haifeng Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with tendon manipulation+indomethacin cataplasm external application intervention;the observation group was treated with ginger external washing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment;VAS pain score,curative effect evaluation and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The VAS scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the two groups was compared,in the observation group,15 cases were cured(39.47%),11 cases were markedly effective(28.95%),10 cases were improved(26.32%),2 cases were ineffective(5.26%),and the total effective rate was 94.74%;in the control group,11 cases were cured(28.95%)and 12 cases were markedly effective(31.58%),12 cases were improved(31.58%),3cases were ineffective(7∶89%)The total effective rate was 81.58%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 11.11%(4/36),which was lower than 25.71%(9/35)of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Red Ginger washing combined with tendon manipulation and indomethacin cataplasm in the treatment of plantar aponeurosis can better improve the pain and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
