摘　　要：目的:观察背俞穴电针配合舒筋活络洗剂沐足治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床效果。方法:选取CFS患者60例,采用简随机数字表法随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。两组均治疗2周。治疗前后,分别对两组予疲劳量表-14及临床疗效评分比较。结果:两组治疗后,疲劳量表-14评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);且观察组疲劳量表-14评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:背俞穴电针配合舒筋活络洗剂沐足治疗CFS的疗效确切,值得推广。To observe the effect of eletro-acupuncture at back-shu points combined with shujin huoluo lotion on Treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.Methods 60 patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by simple random number table method.The control group received eletro-acupuncture treatment.The observation group was given Shujin Huoluo Lotion combined with eletro-acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the two groups were compared with fatigue scale-14 score.Results After treatment,the scores of fatigue scale-14 of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).The scores of fatigue scale-14 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3%in the observation group which was inferior to 83.3%in the control group.Conclusion Eletro-acupuncture at back-shu points combined with shujin huoluo lotion is effective in treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,which is worth popularizing.
