摘　　要：为进一步评定小反刍兽疫病毒抗体的测量不确定度,使用ELISA方法进行相关试验,依据《兽医检测实验室ELISA试验测量不确定度评估指南》(CNAS-GL043:2020)、《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012),分析了ELISA试验测量不确定度的各分量,并根据各分量的来源及产生途径,详细评定了各分量的标准不确定度、合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示,本次试验检测样品的S/N值为89.03%,U=1.36%(k=2)。结果表明,ELISA试验引入不确定度,可以进一步提高结果的准确性、可靠性,还可以通过分析各分量在测量结果中所占比例及影响,推断出影响检测结果的主要因素,进一步做好实验室质量控制。In order to further evaluate the measurement uncertainty of antibodies against peste des petits ruminants virus(PPRV),ELISA was used to carry out related experiment. The components of measurement uncertainty of ELISA were analyzed according to the Guidelines for Evaluation on Measurement Uncertainty of ELISA in Veterinary Laboratories(CNAS-GL043 :2020)and Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty(JJF1059.1—2012),then the standard uncertainty,synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of each component were evaluated in detail based on their respective sources and production pathways. It was shown that the S/N value of samples was 89.03%,and U = 1.36%(k = 2). In conclusion,the application of the concept of uncertainty in ELISA could not only further improve the accuracy and reliability of test results,but also infer major factors that might affect test results through analyzing the proportion and influence of each component in the results,and then ensure the control of laboratory quality.
