摘  要:研究干旱胁迫下虎舌红幼苗的生物量及其分布格局、抗氧化特性的变化,以揭示其抗旱机理。以两年生虎舌红实生苗为试验材料,通过盆栽试验,设置对照(CK)、轻度干旱胁迫(LD)、中度干旱胁迫(MD)和重度干旱胁迫(SD)4个处理水平,分析幼苗生物量、根冠比、叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量以及抗氧化酶(SOD)活性的差异性。结果表明:与CK相比,随着干旱胁迫的增强虎舌红地茎、叶片数、根长和侧根数呈先上升后下降趋势,苗高逐渐减小,根冠比先上升后降低;叶绿素含量变化不显著;SOD活性呈升高-降低-升高的趋势;MDA含量呈先上升后下降趋势;Pro含量均升高。综合而言,虎舌红有一定的抗旱性,轻度干旱胁迫有利于虎舌红的生长,重度干旱胁迫对虎舌红生长有一定程度的抑制作用。To analyze the biomass accumulation and distribution pattern of Ardisia mamillata Hance,the antioxidant characteristics of the leaves and roots under drought stress for revealing the drought resistance mechanism and to provide some theoretical basis.Taking the tow-years old seedlings of Ardisia mamillata Hance as the experiment material and using pot experiment,four treatment groups were set including the control,light drought stress,moderate drought stress and severe drought stress,the difference in biomass,rootshootratio,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,prolinecontent and antioxidant enzyme activities was analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of drought stress,the seeding ground diameter,leaf number,root length,lateral root branching were increased first and then decreased.The length of above-ground part was decreased,the root-shoot ratio increased first and then decreased.The chlorophyll content did not change significantly,the SOD activity showed an increase-decrease-increase trend,the content of MDA was increased first,and then decrease,the proline increased gradually.The results suggested Ardisia mamillata Hance had a certain drought tolerance potential,light drought stress was beneficial for it to grow,while severe drought stress inhibited the growth significantly.
