摘  要:针对物联网应用中SOC平台多需求决策问题,以处理器CV32E40P和Ibex作为内核,选用改进片上总线架构(AMBA)协议以及通用型外设搭建SOC平台;然后根据资源利用报告分析其面积、功耗和性能;最后在FPGA上验证SOC平台可行性。结果表明,在同一SOC平台下,CV32E40P的面积相较于Ibex增加了26.07%,在25 MHz、40 MHz与50 MHz频率下,功耗分别提高了31.58%、29.03%以及25.64%,在运行逻辑控制与卷积运算代码时,速度分别提高了27.66%和108.75%。综上,Ibex更适用于智能家居领域中低带宽数据获取的场景,而CV32E40P则适用于智慧城市领域中视频、图像数据采集处理的场景。The SOC(system⁃on⁃chip)platform has different requirements in the IoT(Internet of Things)application.In view of this,CV32E40P and Ibex processors are taken as the cores,and AMBA(advanced Microcontroller bus architecture)and general peripherals are chosen to build the SOC platform.The area,power consumption and performance of the SOC platform are analyzed according to the resource utilization report.The feasibility of SOC platform is verified with FPGA(field programmable gate array).The results show that,on the same SOC platform,the area of CV32E40P increases by 26.07%in comparison with that of Ibex;at the frequency of 25 MHz,40 MHz and 50 MHz,its power consumption respectively increases by 31.58%,29.03%and 25.64%in comparison with that of Ibex;when running the logic control and convolution operation code,its speed respectively increases by 27.66%and 108.75%in comparison with that of Ibex.In conclusion,Ibex is more suitable for the scene of low⁃bandwidth data acquisition in the field of smart home,while CV32E40P is suitable for the scene of video and image data acquisition and processing in the field of smart city.
