摘 要:针对现有对称变壁厚涡旋齿涡旋压缩机,其动涡旋齿和静涡旋齿均为变壁厚,动涡旋齿在公转平动过程中会因质量大而导致动力特性差的问题,基于法向等距原理提出了一种新型非对称变壁厚涡旋齿结构,其静涡旋齿为变壁厚,而动涡旋齿为等壁厚,构建了全啮合涡旋型线,讨论了修正参数对于涡旋压缩机性能的影响,并对比了新型非对称变壁厚涡旋齿和现有对称变壁厚涡旋齿的应力和变形。研究结果表明:新型非对称变壁厚涡旋齿能明显降低涡旋齿在工作中的应力和变形;动涡旋齿的最大应力降低了6.25%,最大变形量降低了5%。The orbiting scroll and fixed scroll of the existing variable thickness scroll compressors all have variable thickness.Orbiting scroll will cause poor dynamic characteristics during the orbiting process due to its large mass.In response to this problem,a novel asymmetric variable thickness scroll wrap was proposed based on the principle of normal equidistance.The thickness of fixed scroll is variable while that of orbiting scroll is constant.Furthermore,complete meshing profiles were constructed and influences of the geometric parameters on the performance of the scroll compressor were discussed,and the stress and deformation of the new asymmetric variable thickness scroll compressors and the existing symmetric variable thickness scroll compressors were compared.Study results show that the new asymmetric variable wall thickness scroll wrap can significantly reduce its stress and deformation during operation;the maximum stress of the orbiting scroll wrap was reduced by 6.25%,and the maximum deformation was reduced by 5%.
