摘 要:为了提升旋流型屋顶通风器作用下的工业厂房自然通风效果,通过数值模拟的方法研究了工业厂房中旋流型屋顶通风器作用下,自然通风系统在不同室外风速条件下的通风量、气流组织及温度分布规律。结果表明:在一定热源强度条件下,室外风速小于0.6 m/s时工业厂房以热压通风为主,室外风速大于1.4 m/s时以风压通风为主;厂房内垂直温度随室外风速的增加先稍有升高后降低。研究结果为工业厂房中旋流型屋顶通风器作用下自然通风系统优化设计提供了参考。In order to improve the natural ventilation effect of industrial buildings under the action of turbine roof ventilator,the numerical simulation method was used to study the natural ventilation characteristics under the action of the turbine roof ventilator in an industrial factory.The ventilation rate,air distribution and temperature distribution were investigated under different outdoor wind speed conditions.The results show that the ventilation of the industrial building is mainly thermal pressure ventilation when the outdoor wind speed is less than 0.6 m/s.When the outdoor wind speed is bigger than 1.4 m/s,its ventilation is mainly wind pressure ventilation.The research results provide a reference for the optimization design of natural ventilation system under the action of turbine roof ventilators in industrial buildings.
