摘  要:目的优化香薷挥发油的水蒸气蒸馏法提取工艺。方法根据单因素试验结果,以挥发油提取率为指标,采用Plackett-Burman试验设计筛选出香薷挥发油提取过程的主要影响因素。在此基础上,利用Box-Behnken试验设计三因素三水平试验,运用Minitab软件对试验数据进行多元线性回归和二项式方程拟合,应用响应面分析法优化最佳提取工艺参数。结果最佳提取工艺参数:电热套温度为245.1℃,超声时间为29.70 min,液料比为12.87 mL/g。结论Plackett-Burman试验设计联合Box-Behnken设计-响应面分析法优化的香薷挥发油提取工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize extraction process of volatile oil from Moslae Herba by steam distillation.Methods According to the results of single factor experiments,with extraction yield used as the evaluation index,Plackett-Burman design is adopt to screen the main factors which influenced the extraction process of Moslae Herba volatile oil.Three levels of the three factors are selected by Box-Behnken design.Minitab software is applied to analyze the experimental data and establish the multiple linear regression and binomial fitting.Response surface analysis is utilized to optimize the extraction process parameters.Results The best extraction process parameters are as follows:the temperature of heating mantle is 245.1℃,the ultrasonic time is 29.70 min,the liquid solid ratio is 12.87 mL/g.Conclusion The extraction process optimized by Plackett-Burman combined with Box-Behnken design-response surface analysis are stable and feasible.
