杏香兔耳风化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：杏香兔耳风是我国一味传统中草药,为菊科兔耳风属植物杏香兔耳风的干燥全草。现临床多用于治疗宫颈炎、阴道炎、子宫内膜炎以及盆腔炎等湿热之气下侵所致的妇科疾病。现代药理学研究发现杏香兔耳风还具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、保肝抗肝纤维化、抗凝血、抗氧化等作用。通过对杏香兔耳风化学成分、药理作用及其临床应用进行综述,为其进一步开发和临床应用提供理论支持。Ainsliaea fragrans Champ is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine.At present,it is mostly used in the treatment of cervicitis,vaginitis,endometritis,pelvic inflammation and other gynecological diseases.Modern pharmacological studies have found that Ainsliaea fragrans Champ also has anti-tumor,anti-virus,anti-liver fibrosis,anti-coagulation and anti-oxidation effects.The chemical composition,pharmacological action and clinical application of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ are reviewed,which provide theoretical support for its further development and clinical application.
