摘 要:姜黄素是从姜黄根茎中提取的多酚化合物,在很多疾病的预防和治疗中起到关键作用,然而,稳定性差、体内易代谢及生物利用度低限制了其临床应用。除了研发新剂型,与生物利用度增强剂胡椒碱的联用不仅能够改善姜黄素生物利用度,还具有药理作用上的协同效果。通过对姜黄素和胡椒碱在药物代谢动力学、药理作用和剂型研究三个方面进行综述,为新药研发提供思路。Curcumin is a polyphenol compound extracted from turmeric rhizomes and plays a key role in the prevention and treatment of many diseases.However,poor stability,metabolism easily in the body and low bioavailability limit its clinical application.In addition to the development of new dosage forms,the combination with piperine which is a bioavailability enhancer became a research direction.Combined application of curcumin and piperine can not only improve the bioavailability of curcumin,but also have synergistic effects on pharmacological effects.The aim of this study is to summarize the curcumin and piperine in three aspects,such as pharmacokinetics,pharmacological effects and dosage form studies,so as to provide ideas for the development of new drugs about curcumin and piperine.
