摘 要:为了实现近红外波段的高灵敏度传感,设计并研究了一种基于表面等离子体共振的光子晶体光纤(Surface Plasmon Resonance Photonic Crystal Fiber,SPR--PCF)折射率传感器。该光纤横截面的空气孔排列方式是圆形晶格,呈现出向日葵形状。光纤包层的外壁淀积了氧化锡铟(Indium Tin Oxide,ITO)纳米薄膜,通过圆形光子晶格的缺陷模与表面等离子体模的耦合感知周围环境折射率的变化。利用有限元数值仿真对这种传感器的光学性质和传感性能进行了详细研究。结果表明,该传感器同时具有较大的折射率感知范围和较高的灵敏度;折射率测量范围可达1.29~1.39,最大波长灵敏度为19659 nm/RIU,折射率测量精度为2.92×10^(-5) RIU。In order to achieve high sensitivity sensing in the near-infrared band,a photonic crystal fiber refractive index sensor based on surface plasmon resonance is designed and investigated in this paper.The air holes in the cross-section of this fiber are arranged in a circular lattice,which show the sunflower shape.The outer surface of the fiber cladding is deposited with a nano-film of indium tin oxide,and the change of refractive index of the surrounding environment is sensed by the coupling of the defect mode and the surface plasmon mode.The optical properties and sensing performance of this sensor are studied in detail by finite element numerical simulations.The results show that the sensor has a large refractive index sensing range and a high sensitivity.The refractive index measurement range is 1.29~1.39,the maximum wavelength sensitivity is 19659 nm/RIU,and the refractive index measurement accuracy is 2.92×10^(-5) RIU.
