摘  要:中国西部地区承接产业转移对区域内部的综合运输结构具有重要影响,而根据地理和经济因素,可以将中国西部地区分为6大经济区,并在此基础上建立以产业转移量为解释变量,运输结构均衡度、运输网络均衡度为被解释变量的运输结构影响模型,对各经济区2010—2017年的时间序列面板数据进行定量分析,结果发现:中国西部各经济区承接产业转移对综合运输结构的影响程度各有差异。黄河上中游经济区达到了一个发展的瓶颈期,运输量结构和运输网络结构均未产生明显的变动;长江上中游经济区的运输网络结构得到了优化,而运输量结构存在一定的缺陷;珠江上中游经济区充分利用区位优势和政策优势,使得运输量结构和运输网络结构均得到了明显的优化;内蒙古经济区的支柱产业为本地的农牧业,具有运输对象单一的特点,其运输量结构和运输网络结构均不够合理,不能很好地适应该经济区的经济产业需求;新疆经济区作为“一带一路”的枢纽,大量交通基础设施的建设使其运输网络结构不断向好;青藏经济区的自然环境非常恶劣,使运输量结构和运输网络结构的优化均受到了一定程度的滞后。进一步讨论表明,因地制宜地进行中国西部各经济区承接产业转移和综合运输结构调整具有重要意义。The industrial transfer undertaken by western China has an important impact on the comprehensive transportation structure within the region.In consideration of geographical and economic factors,and on the basis of dividing western China into six major economic regions,by establishing the Influence Model of Transportation Structure,which taking the amount of industry transfer as the explaining variable,and taking the equilibrium of the transportation volume structure and the transportation network structure as the explained variables,the time series panel data of each economic zone from 2010 to 2017 can be analyzed quantitatively.It is found that the industrial transfer undertaken by various economic zones in western China have different degrees of impact on the comprehensive transportation structure.Upper and Middle Reaches of Yellow River Economic Zone reached a bottleneck period of development,the traffic volume structure and the traffic network structure have made no significant changes.The traffic network structure of Upper and Middle Reaches of Yangtze River Economic Zone has been obviously optimized,but there are certain defects in the traffic volume structure.Upper and Middle Reaches of Pearl River Economic Zone makes full use of its location and policy advantages,so that the traffic volume structure and traffic network structure have been significantly optimized.The pillar industry of the Inner Mongolia Economic Zone is local agriculture and animal husbandry,which has the characteristics of a single transport object,therefore,the traffic volume structure and traffic network structure are not reasonable enough to adapt well to the economic and industrial needs of the economic zone.As a hub of the Belt and Road,Xinjiang Economic Zone has been constructed with plenty of transportation infrastructures to keep its traffic network structure improving.The natural environment of Qinghai Tibet Economic Zone is extremely bad,and the optimization of the traffic volume structure and traffic network structure have suf
