原液着色雪尼尔簇绒地毯生产工艺及其花型创意设计

摘　　要：文章通过对原液着色长丝多元基色的混合比例及各基色之间的色相差异、明度差异及饱和度差异的调控,构建了多元基色彩色丝混色体系,提出了原液着色雪尼尔纱的配色方法创新和花型设计。通过构建一个原液着色雪尼尔簇绒地毯绒头花型库,实现了原液着色雪尼尔簇绒地毯的花型设计。In this paper,by adjusting the mixing ratio of the multiple primary colors of the spun-dyed filaments,the difference in color hue,brightness and saturation among the primary colors,the color mixing system for the multi-primary-color filament is established.And the paper puts forward the color matching method of the spundyed chenille tufted carpet and related creative pattern design.By establishing a pile pattern library of spundyed chenille tufted carpet,people can design the pattern of spun-dyed chenille tufted carpet.
