细长体飞行器模态试验水平悬挂系统设计分析

摘  要:针对水平悬吊细长体飞行器模拟自由-自由边界模态试验需求,研究了两点水平悬吊系统绕滚转轴刚体模态对细长体飞行器地面模态试验结果的影响。研究方法是建立两点水平悬吊系统的简化力学模型,分析绕滚转轴刚体模态与横向弯曲模态发生耦合现象的机理,然后通过数值仿真和试验验证,分析了弯滚耦合现象对试验结果的影响规律。研究表明,弯滚耦合现象影响试验数据质量,进而降低参数识别精度增加参数识别难度。为避免弯滚耦合现象,提出了两点水平悬吊系统改进设计方案,对细长体飞行器水平悬吊模拟自由-自由边界地面模态试验具有参考意义。According to the requirements of simulating free-free boundary modal test of horizontal suspension slender body aircraft,the influence of rigid body mode of two-point horizontal suspension system around rolling axis on the ground modal test results of slender body aircraft is studied.The research method is to establish a simplified mechanical modal of the two-point horizontal suspension system,analyze the mechanism of the coupling phenomenon between the rigid body mode and the bending mode around the rolling axis,and then analyze the influence law of the bending rolling coupling phenomenon on the test results through numerical simulation and experimental verification.The research shows that the bending rolling coupling phenomenon affects the quality of test data,reduces shows that the bending rolling coupling phenomenon affects the quality of test data,reduces the accuracy of parameter identification and increases the difficulty of parameter identification.In order to avoid the coupling phenomenon of bending and rolling,an improved design scheme of two-point horizontal suspension system is proposed,which has reference significance for the free-free boundary ground modal test of slender aircraft horizontal suspension simulation problem.
