摘 要:2019北京世园会具有客源分布距离远、公共交通基础设施薄弱、小汽车为主要出行方式的特点,对小汽车停车供给保障和组织管控具有较高的要求。首先,通过获取2019北京世园会期间小汽车停车场进出场数据,分析小汽车的停车日分布、周末及节假日的平均停车时长、小汽车进出场时间分布等特征;其次,结合小汽车停车需求特征,介绍2019北京世园会期间采取的停车供给与组织管控对策;最后,根据2019北京世园会期间交通运行情况,总结2019北京世园会期间停车供给与管控对策取得的效果,验证相关策略的科学性和有效性,为类似大型活动的小汽车停车需求预测、停车设施供给规划、停车组织与管控提供一定的参考。The 2019 Beijing Expo has the characteristics of wide distribution of tourists,weak public transportation infrastructure,and cars as the main mode of travel.It has high requirements for car parking supply guarantee and organizational control.Firstly,with the entry and exit data of car parking lots during the Expo,the daily parking distribution characteristics,the average parking time on weekends and holidays and the distribution of car entry and exit times are analyzed.Secondly,combine the characteristics of car parking demand,the parking supply and organizational control countermeasures adopted during the Expo are introduced.Finally,according to the traffic situation during the Expo,the effect of parking supply and control measures is summarized,and the scientificity and effectiveness of the relevant measures are verified,which provides certain reference for the car parking demand prediction,parking facilities supply planning,parking organization and control of similar large-scale events.
