摘 要:为了实现提篮式型钢悬挑脚手架在实际工程中的广泛应用,对不同工况下的提篮式型钢悬挑脚手架进行了精准设计和有效验算,采用理论分析法得出了一般工况下提篮式型钢悬挑脚手架的主梁和拉杆内力表达式,在此基础上结合现场实际情况建立了多种特殊工况的验算方法。然后采用单因子变量法给出了多种特殊工况下的计算实例,并结合计算结果和现场施工情况给出了实际设计和施工建议。研究结果表明,拉杆上节点偏移会使主梁由单向弯曲构件转化为双向弯曲构件,同时会使主梁挠度增大6%左右;双拉杆失效会导致主梁弯矩增大16倍;立杆传递竖向力增加和建筑结构体型收进均会对脚手架受力产生不利影响,需要采取相应的设计措施或施工管理措施加以规避,尤其需要加强拉杆的日常巡检,保证其正常发挥作用。因此,提篮式型钢悬挑脚手架可以代替普通悬挑脚手架在施工中加以应用,所提方法可以有效解决提篮式型钢悬挑脚手架特殊工况下的设计验算难题,并为相关提篮式型钢悬挑脚手架的设计和施工管理提供参考。In order to realize the wide application of basket type steel cantilever scaffold in practical engineering,the basket type steel cantilever scaffold under different working conditions was accurately designed and effectively checked,the internal force expressions of the main beam and tie rod of the basket type steel cantilever scaffold under general working conditions were obtained by using the theoretical analysis method.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of the site,the checking calculation methods under various special working conditions were established.Then,the calculation examples under various special working conditions were given by using the single factor variable method,and the actual design and construction suggestions were given combined with the calculation results and field construction conditions.The results show that the node offset on the tie rod can transform the main beam from one-way bending member to two-way bending member,and increase the deflection of the main beam by about 6%.The double tie rod failure increases the bending moment of the main beam by 16 times.The increase of the vertical force transmitted by the vertical pole and the retraction of the building structure have an adverse impact on the stress of the scaffold,and corresponding design measures or construction management measures need to be taken to avoid it.In particular,the daily inspection of the tie rod needs to be strengthened to ensure its normal function.Therefore,the basket type steel cantilever scaffold can replace the ordinary cantilever scaffold in construction.The method can effectively solve the design and checking problems of basket shaped steel cantilever scaffold under special working conditions,and can provide reference for the design and construction management of basket type steel cantilever scaffold.
