摘 要:为了研究马来酸酐氧化石墨烯微片对SBS改性沥青的粘弹性能的影响,基于酯化反应的原理制备马来酸酐氧化石墨烯(MAH-GOs)改性剂,并以石墨烯(GNPs)改性SBS改性沥青为对照组之一,采取三大指标、动态剪切流变仪试验(DSR)等测试评价制备的MAH-GOs/SBS改性沥青和GNPs/SBS改性沥青的机械性能,通过傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等微观测试分析了MAH-GOs改性剂及氧化石墨烯微片的微观形貌,揭示其改性机理。研究结果表明:掺入0.02%MAH-GOs改性剂的MAH-GOs/SBS改性沥青的粘性性能、弹性性能提升更明显;掺入量0.02%MAH-GOs/SBS改性沥青相比于原始SBS改性沥青、0.05%GNPs/SBS改性沥青,在46℃下,储能模量分别提高了39.3%、20.2%,损失模量分别提高了47.4%、27.0%。Maleic anhydride graphene oxide(MAH-GOs)was prepared via esterification reaction and was in turn applied as modifier to prepare and study viscoelastic properites of MAH-GOs modified styrene butadiene styrene(SBS)modified asphalt.Three major indicators,dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)and other tests were applied to evaluate the mechanical properties of the MAH-GOs/SBS modified asphalt and GNPs/SBS modified asphalt.The microscopic morphology of the MAH-GOsmodifiedand graphene oxidenanoplateletswere analyzed by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)respectively and the results were applied to elaborate the modification mechanism.Results show that 0.02%MAH-GOs modifier incorporated SBS modified asphalt exhibited the maximum viscosity and elastic properties.Compared with the original SBS modified asphalt and 0.05%GNPs/SBS modified asphalt,the energy storage modulus of the 0.02%MAH-GOs/SBS modified asphalt was increased by 39.3%and 20.2%,while the loss modulus was increased by 47.4%and 27.0%respectively at 46℃.This study provides important information and route for the preparation of MAH-GOs/SBS modified asphalt with enhanced viscoelastic and mechanical properties for practical applications in construction industry.
