摘 要:为了探明滚动活塞压缩机弹簧刚度对滑片运动的影响,利用自主设计的滚动活塞压缩机等效装置,通过高速摄影技术观测压缩机运转过程中滚动活塞与滑片间隙的动态变化过程。实验结果表明:滑片与滚动活塞之间存在脱空与碰撞,并伴有周期性异响,某些工况下滑片与活塞之间出现多次碰撞,脱空导致压缩机产生振动和噪声。增大弹簧刚度以及减小转子转速均可改善滑片脱空与碰撞产生的负面影响。转子转速相同时,弹簧刚度越小脱空持续时间越长;弹簧刚度相同时,转子转速越高脱空持续时间越长。In order to explore the influence of spring stiffness of rolling piston compressor on the motion of vane,the dynamic change process of clearance between rolling piston and vane during the operation of compressor is observed by using the self-designed equivalent device of rolling piston compressor and high-speed photography technology.The experimental results show that there are separations and collisions between the vane and the rolling piston,accompanied by periodic abnormal noise,and there are many collisions between the vane and the piston under some working conditions,resulting in vibration and noise of the compressor.Increasing the spring stiffness and reducing the rotor speed can improve the negative effects of vane separation and collision.When the rotor speed is the same,the smaller the spring stiffness,the longer the separation duration;When the spring stiffness is the same,the higher the rotor speed is,the longer the separation duration is.
