摘 要:为了研究不同因素对活化过硫酸盐体系处理有机染料废水的影响,并获得处理效果较好的优化体系,考察过硫酸盐的初始浓度,亚铁离子的浓度以及反应体系中的温度对脱色亚甲基蓝的影响。实验结果表明:热-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)体系中,[Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)]=8.0 mmol/L,T=70℃时,20 min内亚甲基蓝脱色率达99%;光-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)体系中,[Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)]=8.0 mmol/L时,90 min内亚甲基蓝脱色率达99%;Fe^(2+)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)体系中,当[Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)]=1.2 mmol/L,[Fe^(2+)]=0.20 mmol/L时,20 min内亚甲基蓝的脱色率达99%,增大或减少均导致效率降低。出于综合经济性考虑,热-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)体系可作为最佳选择体系。This research aims to study the influence of different factors on the activated persulfate system for the treatment of organic dye wastewater,and to obtain a better treatment effect of the optimized system.The effect of initial concentration of persulfate and Fe^(2+),as well as temperature on the efficinence of reaction system,were investigated and the optimal system for methylene blue degradation was obtained.The results show that conditions of 8.0 mmol/L Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8) and 70℃in a thermal-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8) system,the removal efficience of methylene blue reached 99%after 20 min of degradation.While in the UV-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8) system,methylene blue removal efficiency was 99%within 90 min under the conditions of 8.0 mmol/L Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8) in the Fe^(2+)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8) system,methylene blue was 99%within 20 min,either increase or decrease of the concentration led to decrease of the degradation efficiency.For the consideration of comprehensive economy,thermal-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8) system can be the best choice.
