摘 要:以某化工厂污染土壤为研究对象,采用生物堆的方法考察了中试规模外源菌作用下强制通风和定期翻堆两种不同充氧方式下微生物对六六六(HCHs)的消解效果,并从土壤微生物群落代谢活性、碳源利用和过氧化氢酶活性等方面探讨两种方式下HCHs消解的可能机理。实验结果表明:经过63 d的运行,两处理(强制通风和定期翻堆)土壤中总HCHs的含量分别从114.26、123.21 mg/kg降至59.76、35.18 mg/kg,消解率分别达到了48%、71%。系统运行63 d后定期翻堆处理土壤微生物群落的颜色平均变化值(AWCD)高于强制通风处理。两处理土壤中微生物对碳源利用类型均为酯类>氨基酸类>酸类,但定期翻堆处理较强制通风处理分别提高了0.103、0.166和0.229。在整个测定周期内两处理土壤中的过氧化氢酶都是呈现增加趋势,且定期翻堆处理始终高于强制通风处理。In this study,a chemical plant contaminated soil was chosen as the research object,biopiles was used to examine the degradation effect of microbe to HCHs under two different oxygenation modes of forced ventilation and regular pile-turning under the action of exogenous bacteria in pilot scale.The possible mechanism of HCHs digestion in the two ways was discussed from the metabolic activity of soil microbial community,utilization of carbon source and the activity of catalase.The results showed that:after 63 days of operation,the two treatments(forced ventilation and regular pile-turning)reduced the total HCHs content of contaminated soil from 114.26 mg/kg and 123.21 mg/kg to 59.76 mg/kg and 35.18 mg/kg,the digestion rate reached 48%and 71%respectively.The average well color development(AWCD)of soil microbial community for regular pile-turning were higher than those of forced ventilation treatment after 63 days.The use types of carbon source in both treatments were esters>amino acids>acids,regular pile-turning treatment increased 0.103,0.166 and 0.229 than forced ventilation treatment,respectively.During the whole period of determination,catalase activity in both treatments showed an increasing trend.And the activity of catalase in regular pile-turning treatment was always higher than that in forced ventilation treatment.
