摘  要:某机载吊舱在工作中长期承受循环冲击载荷的作用,需对其危险位置进行损伤容限分析。运用Python语言对ABAQUS软件进行二次开发,使ABAQUS软件可以实现结构件在循环载荷作用下的损伤容限分析,结合Paris公式对结构件疲劳寿命进行预测,并运用算例对程序的准确性进行验证。通过ABAQUS软件对吊舱进行静力分析,确定吊舱在工作环境下的危险位置。运用ABAQUS软件的二次开发程序对某机载吊舱的危险部位进行损伤容限分析,验证吊舱设计的可行性与可靠性。为机载设备的损伤容限分析提供了一种有限元分析方法,并为结构裕量选择与结构减重提供了一种判断准则。An airborne pod is subjected to cyclic impact load for a long time during operation,so it is necessary to carry out damage tolerance analysis on its dangerous position.The second development of ABAQUS software was carried out with Python language,so that ABAQUS software could realize the damage tolerance analysis of structural parts under cyclic load,and the fatigue life of structural parts was predicted with Paris formula,and the accuracy of the program was verified with an example.The static analysis of the pod is performed by ABAQUS software to determine the dangerous position of the pod in the working environment.Using the secondary development program of ABAQUS software,the damage tolerance of a certain airborne pod is analyzed to verify the feasibility and reliability of the pod design.This paper provides a finite element analysis method for damage tolerance analysis of airborne equipment and a criterion for structural margin selection and structural weight reduction.
