摘　　要：三亚体育场施工中通过应用BIM技术进行设计方案确定、专业间图纸审查、施工场地布置、BIM5D管理平台、BIM+VR技术、机电管线综合排布、施工方案模拟及可视化交底、工厂预制加工等,助力EPC项目新技术应用,缩短了工期,降低了造价,避免了拆改,提高了施工质量,实现了项目管理目标。BIM technique was used in Sanya Stadium construction for design scheme determination,drawing inspection among disciplines,construction site arrangement,BIM5D management platform,BIM+VR technique,general layout of mechanical and electrical pipelines,construction scheme simulation and visible disclosure and pre-fabrication in factory,etc.,to assist the application of new technique in EPC project,shorten the construction period,reduce construction cost,avoid dismantlement and reconstruction,improve construction quality and reach the engineering management targets.
