摘  要:北京市东六环入地工程盾构井侧墙结构属重要防渗抗裂永久性结构,其结构尺寸大于1m,属大体积混凝土结构;混凝土施工时受环框梁限制无法正常振捣,经优化设计,确定在环框梁中预设PVC管作为浇筑孔和辅助振捣孔,通过采用大掺量优质Ⅰ级粉煤灰、多级配砂石和复配专用自密实外加剂设计C40大体积自密实混凝土,实现了良好的自密实性能,降低了水化热,解决了施工难题。The shield shaft side wall structure of the underground project located at east 6th ring road of Beijing is a massive concrete structure,which is an important permanent anti-leakage and anticrack structure and whose size is bigger than 1m;During concrete grouting,the concrete could not be effectively vibrated due to the limitation of ring frame beam.After optimal design,PVC pipe was preset as grouting hole and auxiliary vibration hole in the ring frame beam.High-volume admixture highquality grade-I powder fly,multi-graded sand and special self-compacting admixture were used to design C40 massive self-compacting concrete,successfully realizing favorable self-compacting property,reducing hydration heat and solving the construction difficulties.
