摘 要:预制轻钢轻混凝土复合外保温墙体是在轻钢轻混凝土结构基础上拓展的装配式保温结构一体化新型墙体。通过某装配式超低能耗建筑试点工程,提出预制轻钢轻混凝土复合外保温墙体在超低能耗建筑中的低传热、无热桥和气密性控制关键技术,评价预制轻钢轻混凝土复合外保温墙体的外墙系统整体技术效果。结果表明,轻钢轻混凝土复合外保温墙体系统在外墙保温效果和气密性等方面都具有明显优势,更能满足寒地超低能耗建筑对外墙的设计要求。Prefabricated light-weight steel and light-weight concrete composite external heat insulation wall is an integrated wall of assembly heat insulation structure developed from light-weight steel and light-weight concrete structure.Based on an assembly super-low energy consumption building trial project,this paper proposed key techniques for prefabricated light-weight steel and light-weight concrete composite external heat insulation wall in super-low energy consumption building,such as low heat transfer,free heat bridge and air-tightness control,etc.,and evaluated the overall technical effect of prefabricated light-weight steel and light-weight concrete composite external heat insulation wall system.It was found that this composite external heat insulation wall system has obvious advantages in heat insulation and air tightness of external wall,and could better satisfy the design requirements of superlow energy consumption building for external wall in cold areas.
