摘 要:随着我国对高端大风量空调系统的应用与推广,传统的分段漏风量测试法已无法满足大风量空调系统对漏风量测试的需求,实际运行时的空调性能会因漏风量过大而降低。因此,系统整体漏风量现场检测非常重要。通过研究国内外现阶段漏风量测试方法,结合工程实际,设计一种新的现场系统漏风量检测技术方法,提出系统漏风量的测试合格指标。对实际项目的测试数据分析及现场系统漏风量检测表明,大风量空调系统整体漏风量处于较低范围,系统实际运行时性能得到保证。With domestic application and promotion of high-quality large volume air conditioning system,traditional segmental air leakage testing method could not satisfy the requirements of large volume air conditioning system,and the practical operation performance of air conditioner may reduce due to excessive air leakage.Therefore,the in-situ overall air leakage test is very important for large volume air conditioning system.Based on study on domestic and international air leakage testing methods in recent years,a new in-situ air leakage testing method for large volume air conditioning system was designed according to practical engineering application,and testing qualification indexes of air leakage volume were proposed.Practical testing data analysis and in-situ air leakage test results showed that overall air leakage of large volume air conditioning system is low and practical operation performance could be guaranteed.
