摘 要:采用光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电镜能谱(EDS)分别测试了阻燃处理前后Lyocell纤维表面所含元素及其相对含量的变化。分别采用热重分析仪(TGA)和纤维摩擦因数测试仪分析阻燃处理前后Lyocell纤维热学性能与摩擦性能的变化。测试Lyocell纤维线密度和密度的变化,对纤维形态结构进行进一步表征。结果表明:阻燃Lyocell纤维中含有阻燃特征元素,证实了阻燃剂已被成功引入纤维中;阻燃处理后纤维线密度和密度明显增加,摩擦性能发生改变;经阻燃处理的Lyocell纤维的残炭量明显增加,进一步表明阻燃处理后纤维的阻燃性能提高。The photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and the scanning electron microscopy spectroscopy(EDS)were used to test the changes of elements and relative contents of Lyocell fiber before and after flame-retardant treatment.Thermo-gravimetric analyzing(TGA)and fiber friction coefficient tester were used to characterize the changes of thermal and friction properties of Lyocell fiber before and after flame-retardant treatment.The changes of linear density and density of Lyocell fiber were also measured,and the morphology and structure of Lyocell fiber were further characterized.The results showed that the flame-retardant characteristic elements were contained in the flame-retardant Lyocell fiber,which proved that the flame-retardant was successfully added into the fiber,and the fiber fineness and density were obviously increased and the friction properties were changed.The amount of carbon remaining in the treated fiber increased significantly,which further indicated that the flame-retardant of the treated fiber was improved.
