摘 要:从蚕茧中提取出纯净的再生丝素蛋白(RSF)。在一定的纺丝电压、接收距离与纺丝速度下,采用静电纺丝技术制备RSF质量分数分别为12%、14%、15%和17%的RSF纳米纤维膜。对RSF纳米纤维膜进行表观形态观察、红外光谱分析与拉伸性能测试。结果表明,当RSF质量分数为15%时,纳米纤维膜的表观形态最好,所得纳米纤维直径最均匀,且纤维基团的极性明显,纤维膜稳定性好、拉伸强度高,最具有应用于疝修补片的前景。Pure regenerated silk fibroin(RSF)was extracted from silkworm cocoons,and then the regenerated silk fibroin nanofiber membranes with RSF mass friction of 12%,14%,15%and 17%were prepared by electrospinning under certain spinning voltage,receiving distance and spinning speed,respectively.The apparent morphology,infrared spectrum and tensile properties of RSF nanofiber membranes were measured.The results showed that when the mass friction of RSF was 15%,the apparent morphology of the nanofiber membrane was the best,the diameter of the nanofiber was the most uniform,the polarity of the fiber groups was obvious,and the fiber membrane had good stability and high tensile strength,which had the most promising application in hernia patch.
