络筒张力对喷气变形纱性能的影响

摘  要:喷气变形纱的表面含有纱圈,因而其结构不同于其他纱线。喷气变形纱的性能与其表面的纱圈有关,而表面纱圈性能受络筒张力的影响。为研究络筒张力对喷气变形纱性能的影响,在络筒机上采用不同络筒张力制备喷气变形纱,并对纱线的成圈频率、成圈稳定性、蓬松度、尺寸稳定性和拉伸性能进行评价。结果表明,随着络筒张力的增大,喷气变形纱的成圈频率、蓬松度和断裂伸长率减小,强度和尺寸稳定性提高。因此,为实现理想的喷气变形纱性能,应合理设置喷气变形纱的络筒张力。The surface of air-jet textured filament yarn is different from other yarns due to the loops on yarn surface.The characteristics of air-jet textured yarns are also dependent on these surface loops.These surface loops on yarn are affected by winding process tension.In order to understand the influence of the winding tension on air-jet textured yarn characteristics,air-jet textured yarn packages were prepared with different winding tension on winding machine.The loop frequency,loop stability,bulkiness,dimensional stability and tensile strength of yarn were evaluated,and it was found that as the winding tension increases,loop frequency,bulkiness,elongation of yarn decrease,and strength and dimensional stability of air-jet textured yarn improve.Therefore,winding yarn tension for air-jet textured yarns needs to be set at a suitable level to achieve the desired air textured yarn characteristics.
