摘  要:选用HeiQ Adapative AC-06整理剂对羊毛针织物进行控温调湿功能整理。以羊毛针织物的干燥速率和吸水率作为评价指标,采用单因素分析法探讨整理剂用量、烘焙温度、烘焙时间和浸渍温度对整理效果的影响。通过正交试验方法确定羊毛针织物控温调湿的优化浸轧整理工艺参数如下:整理剂用量为3%(相对织物质量的百分数,o.w.f),烘焙温度为115℃,烘焙时间为3 min,浸渍温度为50℃。The finishing agent HeiQ Adapative AC-06 was selected to the temperature and humidity control finishing of wool knitted fabric.The drying rate and water absorption of the fabric were used as evaluation indicators.The effects of finishing agent concentration,baking temperature,baking time and impregnation temperature on finishing effect were analyzed by single factor analysis.For temperature control and humidity adjustment of wool knitted fabrics,the optimal padding finishing process was determined by orthogonal test as follows:the finishing agent concentration was 3%(on weight the fabric,o.w.f),baking temperature was 115℃,baking time was 3 min,and impregnation temperature was 50℃.
