摘　　要：目的:拟定以钻石理论模型为基础的科研项目管理方案,以期为社区卫生服务中心的发展提供建议。方法:于2020年7月采用便利抽样方法抽取上海市徐汇区5家社区卫生服务中心的科研分管副主任为访谈对象进行焦点小组访谈,共有5名受访者参与了本次访谈。结果:访谈结果显示,5名受访者均认为科研项目管理方案具有较强的可行性和推广性,钻石理论模型的六要素基本涵盖了社区卫生服务中心在开展科研项目前所需考虑的各种因素。1名受访者认为应通过社区卫生诊断或钻石理论模型评分来检验科研成果的实施效果,1名受访者认为应观察一线工作人员对该项科研成果的使用意愿。结论:本次研究以促进社区卫生服务中心发展与提升社区科研能力为目的,尝试在社区卫生诊断的基础上建立社区科研管理体系,具有一定的创新性。后续将进一步对科研项目管理方案进行改进和完善,使其更加具有实用性和指导性。Objective:To draw up a scientific research project management plan based on the diamond theoretical mode,with a view to providing suggestions for the development of community health service centers.Methods:In July 2020,the deputy directors who were in charge of scientific research management of 5 community health service centers in Xuhui District,Shanghai were selected as interview subjects for a focus group interview based on the convenience sampling method,and a total of 5 interviewees participated in this interview.Results:The results of the interview showed that all five interviewees believed that the scientific research project management plan had strong feasibility and popularization,and the six elements of the diamond theory mode basically covered various factors that the community health service centers needed to consider before launching scientific research projects.One respondent believed that the implementation effect of scientific research results should be tested through community health diagnosis or diamond theory mode scores,and one respondent believed that the willingness of front-line staff to use the scientific research results should be observed.Conclusion:The purpose of this research is to promote the development of community health service centers and improve the scientific research capabilities of the community,and it is an attempt to establish a community scientific research management system based on the community health diagnosis,which is innovative.In the follow-up,the scientific research project management plan will be further improved and perfected to make it more practical and instructive.
