摘　　要：为全面研究高职院校图书馆在重大公共卫生事件中的应急服务能力,完善国内高职图书馆服务体系,采用网络调查法对30所高水平高职学校建设单位图书馆在新冠疫情初期开展应急服务的情况进行调研。结果发现,高职图书馆在应急服务中存在缺乏应急服务意识,未建立应急服务标准,忽视应急服务成效,缺少应急保障机制,应急联动服务不足等问题。高职图书馆应加强应急服务意识,协力合作推进应急服务标准建设,总结经验,提升应急服务成效,多管齐下完善应急保障机制,优化应急联动服务等。In order to comprehensively study the emergency service ability of vocational college libraries in major public health events and improve its service system,this paper used an online survey to investigate the emergency service of 30 High-level vocational college libraries during the early stage of the COVID-19 epidemic for a comprehensive analysis.It was found such problems exist as the lack of emergency service awareness,the lack of emergency service standards,the neglect of emergency service effectiveness,the lack of emergency guarantee systems,and the lack of emergency linkage service.Five strategies were put forward:strengthening the emergency service awareness,working together to promote the construction of emergency service standards,summing up experience to improve the effectiveness of emergency services,improving the emergency guarantee systems in a multi way,and optimizing emergency linkage service by systematic thinking.
