摘 要:现阶段机械系统可靠性模型建立在系统由相同的零部件组成的条件下,该条件限制了机械系统可靠性模型在工程中的运用,文章建立了不同零部件组成的机械系统在载荷多次作用下的可靠性模型,研究了不同零部件组成的系统在以载荷作用次数为寿命指标下可靠性的变化规律。研究表明,当系统由不同的零部件组成时,系统的可靠度随载荷作用次数的增加逐渐降低;强度随载荷作用次数退化时,随着载荷作用次数的增加,系统的可靠度降低比较明显。文章所建立的机械系统可靠性模型能够直接应用于工程计算。At present,the reliability model of mechanical system is established under the condition that the system is composed of the same parts,which limits the application of mechanical system reliability model in engineering.in this paper,the reliability model of mechanical system composed of different parts under multiple loads is established,and the change law of reliability of systems composed of different parts with the number of loads as the life index is studied.The study shows that when the system is composed of different parts,the reliability of the system decreases gradually with the increase of the number of loadings;when the strength degrades with the number of loadings,with the increase of the number of loads,the reliability of the system decreases obviously.This mechanical system reliability model established in this paper can be directly applied to engineering calculation.
