摘　　要：总图运输设计是一个综合性的工作,需要解决各种矛盾和问题,与建设项目的规模、不同阶段、使用功能、场地自然条件等多种因素相关,因此应有全局观念,因地制宜,以安全可靠、经济适用,以合理的投资获得最佳的经济效益和社会效益。The general plan and transportation design is a comprehensive work,which needs to solve various contradictions and problems,which are related to many factors,such as the scale,different stages,use functions,site natural conditions and so on.Therefore,there should be an overall concept and measures should be taken in accordance with local conditions,to obtain the best economic and social benefits with safe,reliable,economical,applicable,and reasonable investment.
