摘  要:通过对武汉某项目超深旋挖灌注桩施工质量的影响因素分析,项目从施工设备选型及设备管控、地面硬化处理、泥浆质量指标控制、钢筋笼制作及安装、清孔质量等方面所采取的管控措施,简要介绍了为消除空桩段侧摩阻力所采取同心钢制双套管新技术、固化灰浆技术,成功规避并防范成孔及成桩过程的各类风险,确保成桩质量达到设计要求;简要介绍成孔质量检测方法及检测结果、项目桩基检测结果,总结分析项目取得的成功经验,也指出了存在的问题,为武汉地区超高层建筑物同类灌注桩项目施工提供了经验借鉴。Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the construction quality of ultra-deep rotary excavation cast-inplace pile in a project in Wuhan,from the aspects of construction equipment selection and equipment control,ground hardening treatment,mud quality index control,steel cage manufacture and installation,hole cleaning quality,etc.,this paper briefly introduces the new concentric steel double casing technology and solidified mortar technology adopted to eliminate the side friction of empty pile section.Successfully avoid and prevent all kinds of risks in the process of hole and pile formation,and ensure that the quality of pile formation meets the design requirements.This paper briefly introduces the testing methods and results of hole-forming quality and the testing results of pile foundation of the project,summarizes and analyzes the successful experience of the project,and points out the existing problems,which provides experience and reference for the construction of similar cast-in-place pile projects of super high-rise buildings in Wuhan area.
