摘　　要：医院基层党建与思政教学是医院党建工作的重要组成部分,基层党支部也是发挥战斗堡垒作用的基础核心。如何强化医院基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用,充分调动党员及科室群众的积极性,是医院基层党组织建设的重中之重。项目式学习模式是一种源于医学教育的被公认的实现教育改革的有效方法,然而将项目式学习模式应用于医院基层党建及思政教学尚无先例。本文使用科学的对照方法及问卷调查,系统探讨项目式学习模式在医院基层党建与思政教学中的具体实施方法及其优势与可行性。Hospital primary party building and political course are important parts of hospital party building work,andis also the basic core to play the role of battle.How to strengthen the role of the hospital primary party branch as a battle fortress and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of party members and the masses in the departments is the top priority of the hospital primary party organization construction.Project-based learning model is an effective method from medical education which has been recognized to realize educational reform.However,there is no case to apply the project-based learning model to the primary party building and political course in hospital.This paper will use a scientific and systematic comparison method and questionnaire survey to systematically explore the advantages and feasibility of project-based learning mode in the primary party building and political course in hospital.
