摘 要:主要研究了通过添加微米级氧化锆来提高石英陶瓷材料的抗弯强度。结果表明,当添加5Wt%的氧化锆时,石英陶瓷的力学性能明显改善,抗弯强度由36.53MPa增至58.95MPa,气孔率下降,而且没有引起石英陶瓷的大量析晶。对引起这种变化的原因进行了分析,并用SEM对材料的微观形貌进行观察,用压汞仪测试材料的气孔率,用X射线衍射对材料的成份进行定性分析。Addingμm-powder of Zirconia to quartz ceramics was studied,the bending strength of quartz ceramics are improved with Zirconia transformation toughening.The results indicate that the rates of the additive reach 5 w%,mechanical properties are improved sharply,and bending strength increase from 36.53MPa to 58.95MPa,and the rates of pores decrease.The microstructural characterization was carried out by examining the polished surface using scanning electron microscopy,the porosities of the sintered samples were measured with automated mercury porosimeter and the phases were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction.
