摘　　要：龙江韩氏妇科认为,子宫内膜息肉的病因病机错综复杂,脏腑首责于肝,肝之疏泄功能异常,导致气血运行失常,从而湿热瘀血互结于胞宫发为子宫内膜息肉,在治疗上重在调肝,以疏肝行气、活血化瘀为治疗大法,佐以清热泻肝,方药选用韩氏妇炎汤加减,临床收效良好。Longjiang Han’s gynecology believes that complicated as the etiology and pathogenesis of endometrial polyps are,the liver is the first to blame for this disease.The liver’s abnormal function of conveyance and dispersion leads to abnormal circulation of qi and blood,which causes further the damp heat and blood stasis to intermingle with each other in the uterus and ultimately develops into endometrial polyps.Therefore,its treatment should focus on regulating the liver,with dispersing the liver and activating qi-flowing,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis as its primary treatment method,accompanied by clearing away heat and purging the liver.Han’s Fuyan Decoction is employed and modified flexibly according to specific syndromes to attain a good clinical effect.
