基于理项舒胸法治疗颈椎病的临床思路探析

摘　　要：丁全茂教授认为,颈椎病的病因不外乎与本虚、外邪相关,究其发病过程,是经筋与骨骼位置失衡有关,治疗上以调整筋骨位置为主。丁全茂认为,治颈不独在颈,应当注重颈胸段在传统经络理论和现代解剖学基础上的联系,治颈同时注重对胸背的调节,提出了"理项舒胸法"的手法治疗理念,为临床治疗颈椎病提供独特的思路。Professor Ding Quanmao believes that the etiology of cervical spondylosis is nothing more than related to the body deficiency and exogenous pathogens,and its pathogenesis is related to the malposition of muscles and bones.Therefore,its treatment is mainly concerned with adjusting their positions.He maintains that the treatment of the disease is not only limited to the neck manipulation,rather attention should be paid to its connection with the cervicothoracic spine based on both the traditional meridian theory and the modern anatomy theory,and to the chest and back manipulation at the same time.His concept and method of “manipulating the neck and relieving the chest” provides a unique idea for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.
