六味补肺益肾颗粒治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群、炎症因子的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨六味补肺益肾颗粒对支气管哮喘(BA)患者疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群、炎症因子的影响。方法选择88例BA患者按照随机数表法分为对照组与治疗组,各44例。患者均采用舒利迭治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合六味补肺益肾颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、症状积分、哮喘控制情况、血清炎症因子水平及T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果用药后,治疗组总有效率(93.18%,41/44)高于对照组(72.73%,32/44)(P<0.05);治疗后2组症状积分均降低,哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分均增高(P<0.05),治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎症因子水平、T淋巴细胞亚群水平与用药前相比均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者进行六味补肺益肾颗粒治疗,疗效明显,可有效控制哮喘病症,明显减轻炎症反应,改善T淋巴细胞亚群水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Liuwei Bufei Yishen Granules on patients with bronchial asthma (BA) and its influence on T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 88 patients with BA were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 44 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with seretide,while the treatment group was additionally treated with Liuwei Bufei Yishen Granules on that basis.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,asthma control,serum inflammatory factor level and T lymphocyte subset level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (93.18%,41/44) was higher than that of the control group (72.73%,32/44) (P<0.05).Compared with before medication,the symptom scores of the 2 groups were decreased,while the asthma control test (ACT) scores were increased (P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and other inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets in serum of the 2 groups were improved compared with before treatment (P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Liuwei Bufei Yishen Granules for BA patients has a significant curative effect,which can effectively control the asthma symptom,significantly reduce the inflammatory response and improve the level of T lymphocyte subsets.
