摘  要:重症肌无力(MG)是一种以乙酰胆碱受体(AChR)抗体引起的神经肌肉连接(NMJ)功能障碍为特征的全身肌肉无力的自身免疫性疾病。多年来,实验性自身免疫性(EAMG)动物模型对MG的致病机制和评价新疗法、新方案的疗效提供了极好的帮助。中医药治疗MG疗效明显以其独特的优势逐渐成为国内学者研究的热点,本研究总结、归纳近10年来应用中医药(单味药、化学成分、复方、及针灸)干预EAMG动物模型作用机制及研究进展,为治疗重症肌无力的中药新药研发以及治疗方案的设计提供参考依据及思路。Myasthenia gravis (MG) as an autoimmune disease is characterized by neuromuscular junction (NMJ) dysfunction caused by antibodies to the acetylcholine receptor (AChR).Over the years,experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG) animal models have significantly helped clarify its pathogenesis and evaluate the efficacy of new therapies and new treatment schemes,and treating MG with traditional Chinese medicine has gradually become a research hot spot among domestic scholars due to its obvious curative effect and unique advantages.This study reviews and summarizes the mechanism and research progress of the application of traditional Chinese medicine (simple recipes,chemical drugs,compound prescriptions and acupuncture) to intervene in EAMG animal models in the past 10 years,expecting to provide a reference basis and an idea for the research and development of new Chinese medicines and the design of treatment plans for the disease.
