摘　　要：颈部淋巴结病变的准确诊断及鉴别对于临床制定科学的诊疗策略及评价疾病预后至关重要。超声造影能够连续观察淋巴结微循环和血流灌注情况,显著提高诊断颈部淋巴结的准确性,目前已逐步应用于定位前哨淋巴结、引导穿刺活检、评价淋巴结治疗效果及分子成像等方面。就近年来超声造影在颈部淋巴结病变诊断及治疗中的应用研究进展予以综述。It is crucial to accurately diagnose and differentiate cervical lymphadenopathy for developing scientific treatment strategy and accessing prognosis of diseases.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can provide a consecutive visualization of microvascular condition and blood perfusion for lymph nodes,and improve the accuracy in diagnosing cervical lymph nodes significantly.At present,it has been gradually applied in locating sentinel lymph nodes,guiding puncture biopsy,evaluating the efficiency of treatment,molecular imaging and so on.The application and research progress of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical lymphadenopathy in recent years were reviewed.
