中法产业链合作的互补空间及重点领域研究——基于全球价值链的实证分析

摘　　要：百年未有之大变局下,中法产业链合作的战略意义日益突显。本文首先从宏观层面,基于对中法全球价值链的实证分析,发现中法大部分产业均在向全球价值链上游地位攀升且互补空间较大。为探索中法产业链合作的重点领域方向,尝试从中微观层面对法国优势产业及代表性企业进行梳理,为下一步深化中法务实合作提供参考。当前,以扩大中法产业链合作为抓手,形成双边务实合作的双赢局面,既有助于中国丰富高科技来源渠道、稳固全球价值链地位,又有利于破解美西方对华的战略遏制和科技打压的图谋。In today’s world of unprecedented changes,the strategic significance of Sino-French industrial chain cooperation has become increasingly prominent.From a macro point of view and based on the empirical analysis of the Sino-French global value chain,this article finds that most of the industries in China and France are moving up to the upstream of the global value chain and there exists ample room for complementarity.In order to explore the key fields of Sino-French industrial chain cooperation,this article tries to sort out competitive advantages and representative enterprises of France at the micro and medium level to provide a roadmap for deepening the practical cooperation between France and China in the next stage.At present,the expansion of Sino-French industrial chain cooperation is the starting point to form win-win situation of bilateral pragmatic collaboration.For China,this will not only contribute to enrich its high-tech sources and solidify its position in the global value chain,but also help to counter the strategic containment as well as the science and technology war by America and western countries.
