国内外金融控股公司的监管实践研究

摘　　要：我国《金融控股公司监督管理试行办法》于2020年11月1日开始施行后,我国金融控股公司监管体系逐步建立。本文以国内外监管理论和实践研究为前提,将国内金融控股公司的微观监管与企业发展相结合,提出加强金融控股公司监管的政策建议。Scholars in the financial field at home and abroad always attach great importance to the regulatory practice of financial holding companies.The Trial Measures for the supervision and administration of financial holding companies came into force on November 1,2020,hereinafter referred to as the financial holding measures,and the supervision sys‐tem of financial holding companies in China has been gradually established.On the premise of domestic and foreign su‐pervision theory and practice,combined with the specific supervision and development of domestic financial holding com‐panies,this paper formulates corresponding measures through the exploration and thinking of deficiencies and problems,so as to play an important role in the implementation of supervision policies of financial holding companies.
